Nobody needs to know we exist
The name, the mark, the colour, the domain, the WhatsApp number and the sender of every email are yours. There is no "powered by" line, no badge in a corner, and no link back to us anywhere in the software.
White-label means the installation carries your identity instead of ours. You set the product name, the mark, the accent colour, the dashboard's domain, the WhatsApp number that messages your team and the address the email digest comes from. The privacy policy and terms the software serves are generated with your business's details. Our name does not appear in the interface, the messages, the emails or the page titles.

Two different buyers
Most buyers are businesses running their own team, and they want their own name on it because their staff should see the company's tool rather than a supplier's. That is the ordinary case, and it is included in the price.
The other buyer is an agency, consultant or IT provider who installs it for their own clients under their own brand. That works too, and the terms for it are a separate conversation rather than something hidden in the small print.

Starter content for four kinds of business
A fresh installation with no procedures in it can answer nothing, which makes a first demo unconvincing. So the setup wizard can seed a starter set for a dealership, a clinic, a workshop or a restaurant - a plausible set of procedures, departments and example jobs to work against on day one.
It is a starting point to edit, never a substitute for your real procedures. Switching vertical clears what the previous one added, so you cannot end up with a restaurant answering from dealership policy - a mistake worth having made in testing rather than in front of a buyer.

Is white-label an extra charge?
No. It is how the product works - the branding is settings, not a service we perform. The price on the <a href="/pricing/">pricing page</a> includes it.
Can I resell it to my own clients?
That is a different arrangement from buying it for your own business, and we would rather agree it openly than have you discover a restriction later. <a href="/partners/">Start here</a> and we will put terms in writing.
Will your name appear anywhere at all?
Not in the running product. It appears in the source code's own documentation and comments - which your staff will not read, and which you can change, since the code is yours.
Can I change the branding later?
Yes, any time, in the admin. It applies immediately and nobody needs to re-install anything.
