Is this a sales call?
It is a demonstration, and you will be talking to the person who built it. If Bosun is wrong for you, we would rather establish that in twenty minutes than after you have paid.
Can I see it with my own procedures?
Yes. Send a document or two beforehand and we will load them, so the answers you see come from your rules rather than a sample dealership's.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to bring one real example of something that got dropped recently - a job nobody followed up, a question that went unanswered - so we can show you what would have happened instead.
